Screen packed within each other lose their round shape due to pressure process in time and this causes a separation problem. Therefore, after removing screens out of package, rings are positioned at two ends and they should be baked for certain time in a round shape. For this purpose, Polymerization chamber is used.
At lower temperature, screens do not become round exactly and on the other hand, at higher temperature, the polymerization of screen turns out and the screens therefore become breakable and smooth.
The most important matter here is specified temperature adjustment and a uniform heat distribution in the chamber. Polymerization chamber MSD-4200 satisfies these two conditions comprehensively. After covering, exposing and developing of screens, the remaining lacquer should be polymerized. In the same manner, it applies to a laser embossing equipment as well as for screen used with it.
